Location was fairly close to the tourist boats and there was plenty of dining options and coffee shops. Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. Love that there was a rooftop pool. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Everything is very convenient, there are a lot store and restaurant around the area. People here are very friendly, informative and welling to help you. There's a language keeping area just in if you a later flight on your check out date.

Everything was great—I wouldn’t change a thing. The property offers maximum convenience and amenities for the price, thanks to its unbeatable location. The staff is excellent, the AC is strong, and the rooms are quiet, clean, and well-maintained. There’s 24-hour housekeeping, concierge, check-in, and even help arranging airport transfers. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

The team was very very nice ! The bed was really hard and we could hear the other persons in their room nearby and even in the corridor. If you’re sensitive to noise, don’t forget your earplugs! In general, everything was nice and for the price, it’s not that deep.

The breakfast provided by the hotel, as well as the nearby restaurant, is amazing. The hotel is close to many bars. However, the area surrounding the hotel has a lot of tourist traps involving taxi/tuk-tuk drivers and tour guides. I recommend using the Grab app to book a taxi unless you enjoy negotiating prices. The hotel is about 30–40 minutes from BKK Airport, depending on traffic.

Great location, amazing helpful staff, relaxing and easy vibe. If what you need isn't available within steps of the hotel (and it most likely is), then the friendly people at the front desk can help you find where to get it. The breakfast offered each morning alone is worth 5 stars. Would (and will) definitely stay here again.
