Nice resort and good location! The only thing i was not satisfied was checking in and out that took too long! I had to wait til 400 pm to check in the room since it wasn’t ready and when checking out, there was only 1 staff member working behind the front desk with a long line of customers.

Service was excellent the moment me and my husband step foot out of the cab. We stayed 6 nights for our honeymoon and were pleased by the staff and amenities that the resort had to offer. Only downside for us was the sink kept getting clogged every time we utilized it and our shower door didn’t completely closed which caused water to run out from under the shower door onto the floor of the bathroom. Other than this the property was amazing! Breakfast had many different choices when it came to the breakfast buffet, both swimming pools were amazing and one had a swim up bar. Hotel was in walking distance to Patong beach and great food spots (street food and local restaurants). Our room attendant Aye made us feel welcomed and came to check on our room the entire stay. Also, reserved a spa night which was also exceptional! Definitely recommend this property!

The staff are friendly polite and wonderful. Very welcoming and always helpful. The room is cleaned well at all times. The breakfast is really good with a a great variety. There are an enormous amount of stairs as would be expected from a resort built on a cliff but the shuttle from the foyer to your room area make it significantly easier. The waterfall pool and swim up bar are amazing and we spent a lot of time there.

We loved staying in our luxury villa. Beautiful sunsets, private pool, spacious living room and bedroom. The only issue was getting to the room, as it is elevated above the main property, but the shuttle was very accommodating about getting us up to our room.

Located right on the beachfront just across the road, its one of the biggest resort on patong beach. It takes around 15min to walk to the main patong beach area with shops, and massage centres etc. however we wanted to stay in a resort which is not too far from the main beach and area but at the same time is peaceful and serene and Diamond Cliff was the best one for the same. They upgraded our room to a jaccuzzi one and it was pretty and very huge. The pool had a slide for kids to play which was good fun for my son. Breakfast was good and the food menu was elaborate. We had dinner and lunch in the resort and it was nice and not very expensive, though the tax was too much. The resort provided a shuttle twice in a day one way to patong beach which was convenient. Wish they provided a return service too. Staff was very friendly and nice. Overall we had a very good stay.

Diamond cliff was above and beyond expectations. Staff extremely helpful ,polite and very enjoyable. Amenities were excellent Resturant’s pools etc. Would stay there again in a heart beat.
