The staff are friendly polite and wonderful. Very welcoming and always helpful. The room is cleaned well at all times. The breakfast is really good with a a great variety. There are an enormous amount of stairs as would be expected from a resort built on a cliff but the shuttle from the foyer to your room area make it significantly easier. The waterfall pool and swim up bar are amazing and we spent a lot of time there.

This property was a great stay for us! The daily breakfast was great, with a wonderful selection of food. The property had two pools, nicely maintained. We purchased the all inclusive food package, this was a little misleading, as you are ONLY allowed to order from two preset menus (western and Thai dishes) and ONLY order alcoholic beverages from one bar on property. The food was all great! However, the all inclusive did not include the speciality restaurants on property and other bars on property. They advertise property as 5 star, it’s not. It’s a 3.5-4 star. It’s large, nice amenities, clean, great location in Patong Beach, and excellent customer service and staff. Overall we would return to the hotel, as we found it to be a great value and nice!

Rooms were excellent I extended my stay 3 times was given an upgrade in my final days every aspect of every room I rate highly. All had ocean views comfort facilities and service exceptional! Location nicely located just outside of Patong to be close to the action but not the city buzz. Breakfast is faultless meeting every diet imaginable. I would definitely recommend this resort if you are looking for excellent accommodation in Patong but away from the hustle and bustle 👍
