Staff were friendly. Hotel was Modern. Room was cleaned daily. Towels, water bottles, soap, bath robes etc were stocked daily. Cleaniless top notch. Food top notch. Mobile order for room service and pool bar was efficient and convenient. Room service was quick, fresh and delicious. Delivered at impressive speed. Variety of buffet options daily. Lots of chairs at pool and beach. A la carte was awesome. We enjoyed the Starbucks and sweet spot. Recommend

Amazing resort, a gorgeous location that feels so secluded but never bored of something to do. Rooms are very comfortable and quiet for the little time you end up spending in them. Great choice of restaurants and bars, different options every night for a 7 night stay. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Had a few issues on checking in at the start of our holiday, room only being ready quite late in the evening but the front desk and management were very helpful in response. Would definitely go back, in a heartbeat.

Title: Great family-friendly hotel with an amazing kids club! Rating: 4/5 We had a wonderful stay at the Phuket Marriott Merlin Beach Hotel. The hotel is great — very, very family-friendly, and the staff are super nice. We especially loved the kids club, which provides supervised activities for children aged 4 to 12. It gave us parents a few hours of free time to enjoy the spa and relax on our own. The food was good overall. We booked a half-board package that included one meal and four drinks per day, which was convenient. The only downside was the buffet at The Market — the food seemed quite stale, and there were flies flying around. Apart from the buffet, the other restaurant outlets served pretty good food. Despite that, we really liked the hotel and enjoyed our stay. Would still recommend it for families!

Everything was clean and modern. The staff and service were absolutely brilliant! And it was all the little included extras that really made it a true five star experience... shuttle bus, beach bags, reusable water bottles, snorkelling, kayaking, arcade games, equipment, ice-cream, fairy floss, cold towels, movie nights. Plus a great happy hour!

Lots of hotel activities for both adults and children. Stayed for 3 nights and still so much yet to enjoy! It’s a resort you can stay without going outside! But Patong Elephant Care is a short 5-min walk away (through the beach route), worth spending an hour or two there!
