"Amazing place, great staff, monkeys by the pool. Would stay here again."

"10/10 excellent, beautiful location and the staff was very attentive and super helpful. I had a tour before check in and they watched my luggage until I got back, very professional and stayed right by the water with a nice rooftop terrace definitely coming back and staying here !! 👏"

"Great location on the island. Friendly staff and amenities."

"We didn’t stayed on the property as much but the food was good"

"The hotel overall was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The service was greatly appreciated as it made our trip to Peten memorable. The road to the hotel could be improved by the town as its rocky and the drive in slowed us down. Other than that great place, quiet, and extremely comfortable "

"Excelente servicio "

"Staff were very nice and the place has a nice pool and view of the lake."

"Great location, beautiful view of the water from the pool, delicious bakery on site, a free welcome drink and a great restaurant…what more could you want? Oh, maybe the free shuttle to airport and a super friendly front desk..shout out to Valentina😃. Great stay"

"The location is fantastic. Walk out your door and right into Tikal. Book your tours right through the hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the food was fantastic. The staff was helpful and friendly."

"Absolutely would stay here again. Loved it, beautiful, has heart, feels luxurious and can cater to Western tastes but also very low key and authentically Guatemalan. Lake is incredible. People were wonderful. Frogs and monkeys were adorable. Stay here!"
