The personnel at restaurant was great and they made an extra efford to make us feel welcome. The food could improve A LOT. When we check out the person in charge advised that a guided tour around the lake on a boat was included and we were not advised of that when we check in, that was a huge thumps down, we asked if we could take the tour then but he said that they could not offer it anymore 👎 We staid at room 111 on sat. July 4th and we check out on July 5th.

This hotel is top notch! The service goes beyond expectations and the staff was very eager to help. Who ever does stay here, you must know that it is away from any stores or restaurants. The hotel has a small gift shop and the food was excellent.

The grounds are beautiful and location very convenient for Tikal and some shopping. The staff is very helpful, especially the wait staff. They were most pleasant and friendly. My 8 year old granddaughter played in the pool, played giant checkers and learned to play pool. We were able to get adjoining rooms which enhanced our family vacation.

Everything wad amazing except fir the internet access in the rooms. The views are amaxing...the staff exceptional...Mariano at the beach front area was wonderful and so informative. Miguel at reception was very kind. Everyone at the restaurant was friendly and kind. Loved that you have a car to drive the elderly to the beach area...great place to stay...

Having a lake with beach access was amazing. The sauna and pool was wonderful. The restaurant was pretty unremarkable. It was nice that breakfast was included but some of the items on the breakfast buffet was at room temperature. WIFI is super spotty in the rooms.

The property was wonderful. Lots of great included amenities. Pool, beach area with dock, chairs, hammocks, mini soccer field and kayaks. The service was great and the workers were all very helpful and friendly. The food was delicious. The rooms were comfortable and everything was very relaxing and peaceful. The view was wonderful, the beds were comfortable and the shower was hot! The hot tub was a little too hot to get in but the pool was nice. They came and fixed the water temperature on the hot tub so we were able to get in. This was a beautiful stay.

I was very happy with this hotel from the first step in the door. It looked like I was heading into the jungle, then they told me that they have a private beach which after checking out is awesome. It would make me want to check in here again when I come back to Tikal. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Flores, Guatemala.
