For being a lodge right next to the entrance to Tikal National Park, it was fantastic. The food was great, the room was cute & the property was better than e pected

It was an amazing place. However, the table lamp was no working which was reported to one of the staff members at the reception desk to which there was no follow up.

Jungle lodge is magical, a 5 minute walk to the entrance of the park, helpful staff to sign you up for tours, relaxing pool area and many food options. Wish I could give it more stars, highlight of our time Guatemala.

Great place to stay if you come to visit Tikal. Located directly next to the entrance, with nice bungalows / villas in the middle of the jungle. Restaurant has good food. They can help plan all the tours you need in Tikal.

It’s like the name states , a Jungle Hotel. Excellent service and the tours options at better rates. I recommend the morning 3am tour to the ruins in Tikal, it was amazing . The tour guide very knowledgeable and prepared. Thanks for the good service !

An Oasis in the Jungle

A beautiful setting in the jungle serenaded by howler monkeys. First class staff take very good care of all your needs. Shuttle service was very efficient.

Property was better than expected. The restaurant had good food and drinks, even though more expensive prices than local food obviously. My kids have multiple food allergies and they were able to accommodate with substitutions on the menu easily.

Very convenient location for visiting Tikal national park. All facilities were clean, we did not use the pool so I cannot comment on it. But if convenient location , safe and clean is what you are looking for, then it works well. They do turn lights out by 11 pm. Electricity has different times for when it is on and WiFi is limited to certain areas.

I was thrilled with my experience at the Jungle Lodge Hotel! The jungle setting was so beautiful and peaceful, and the hotel landscaping and property were immaculate. The service was top notch and we enjoyed the food in the restaurant. We would absolutely stay again.

This is the place to stay at when one visits Tikal National Park. It is located within the park area. The rooms are impecable, the setting is wonderful, and everyone there is very friendly.

This place is amazing. You’re literally in the jungle. Monkeys swinging above your head. Less than 5 minutes walk and you’re in the park. Super comfortable beds and showers in the premium rooms. I’ll be back!

Amazing experience in the heart of the Guatemalan jungle. Easy walk to the ruins and a great pool to unwind in. The nighttime sounds of the jungle make the experience uniquely special! Good food.

Stayed in Ortiz Master Suite. Jacuzzi operated at 89F so needless to say, no point in using it as it was cold outside and colder inside the jacuzzi. Room was very nice. Staff very friendly and respectful. Restaurant food was very tasteless. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Besides this, the property is located minutes away from monuments, and in very good conditions.

The facilities are very good, except for three things: there is no all-day power, there is no A/C in the rooms and it is so hot and humid that the fan does not help much, and there is no internet in the rooms. Food is excellent, pool is nice, rooms are spacious and nice.
