Shopping meal was 5 minute walk with all the necessities there. Only wish we had a mini-fridge in the room but besides that, overall amenities were great!

Lovely little place

The hotel is a short walk to the island of flores, restaurants and shops. It sots on the banks of the lake so it has a lovely view. The room itself was comfy and spacious. Good choice of breakfast in the morning. Great little pool to chill too after a long day out

Nice Place The beds were very uncomfortable. the AC in the room I was given didn't work very well the kept tryin to fix it but the person doin g it was not very experienced so they change me to another room and told the were going to fix it next but when I walked in there after they said they fix it it was the same thing, overall the staff was very friendly but not very efficient

Rooms look tired and dated. Surfaces on furniture worn and chipped. Floors had stains. We had to use the decorative bed pillows to sleep. Slow wi-fi. We used the pool, but had nasty chlorine smell (which I know are called chloramines which are not good for you). It had some nasty foam on the corners and it was not crystal clean. We decided to get out after just a few minutes. Nice architecture and freshly painted outside. Breakfast was decent. Service was slow on the waterfront bar. We didn’t like the big concrete bench that blocks the view to the lake and the beautiful Flores island from the pool. It may be practical, but definitely doesn’t help the ambiance.

Everything was very clean, shuttle pick ups very punctual, our Ac Unit was not working properly and they immediately switched our rooms, breakfast was excellent. Customer service was great!
