“Very well maintained hotel. Beautiful inside and a good deal. The only thing missing is the breakfast was ok. The food was not hot from the soup all the way down the line. They leave all the covers open, and all they would need to do is upgrade the food warmers that have it constantly warming. They leave all the lids open so it cools down too quick. They need to have an extra roll of toilet paper in the room at least. The rolls are very small to begin with. Especially if you get sick.”

“Wat een tegenvaller. Alleen de buitenkant is mooi maar binnen is alles vies en versleten. Personeel achter incheckbalie spreek geen/weinig Engels. 1 versleten/vieze handdoek pp/pd. Douchen kan alleen gedurende een aantal uren. Geen warmwater bij wastafel. Beddengoed vies (bang voor bedwantsen), 1e kamer geweigerd en kregen toen een andere kamer nadat ze gezegd hadden dat er geen kamers meer waren, zogenaamd een upgrade! Kamer gekregen maar meerprijs uiteraard niet betaald. Bedjes bij zwembad te...

“Ideal for early/late flights. Room was huge and immaculate, great bed & shower. Restaurant looked nice but there's also a couple of good local options and a convenience store only 100m walk, got a very good meal there. 4am airport shuttle was convenient and on time, couldn't have been easier.”

“What a stunning hotel! The staff were amazing. They were so helpful and friendly. The food was stunning. There is even a phone at the pool to call for more drinks! The room was spacious with good ac and a lovely bathroom”

Som gæst er man udsat for visse støj gener: Nærliggende minaret, der kalder til bøn 04.45 Fly, der kommer ind over hotellet ved 6-tiden Der er meget tynde vægge mellem værelser, så man kan ikke undgå at høre, når naboen benytter toilet, eller bare fører en almindelig samtale”

“This was a bad choice but there were pros and cons. The hotel is in a place with no transportation services. Yes it is close to the Pariban Hot Spings but to get in and out of Berastagi was a nightmare and so much wasted time and money. Rooms. No air con. No phone. After a long hike I can back to uncleared room , no towels. Eventually at 630 pm the room got cleaned. Roof top bar is nice , pool okay. Staff seemed uninterested and focused on their phones , no real restaurants or nightlife nearby”

“El hotel provee las comodidades necesarias para una estancia en Medan.. Tiene buen servicio de comidas, los funcionarios son agradables. Las piezas no tienen ventana pero son comodas en cuanto a espacios.. La relación calidad-precio está bien. Desafortunadamente, la zona ubicación no es muy buena”
