Bad location for a 4 star hotel

1. Hotel facilities is very old 2. Shower water temperature is not stable. Can be from hot to cold in a second 3. Hotel stuffs are friendly. 4. Hotel location is inconverniant to anything. Have to take taxi to anywhere 5. Breakfast selection is for locals only.

管理不善, 不重視顧客, 為降低成本, 淪為二星半. 早餐不如三星, 用具殘舊損.

入住Club級無冷氣房, 由下午投訴許多次至晚上, 都沒處理, 晚上九時後要求酒店換房, 換了房再等冷氣, 還是Sauna房, 還要求住客降級住同是冷氣不足的房間, 事因網上付款價格底, 經爭取, 到23:30才肯把同級有冷氣的吉房供給, 由中午入住酒店到晚上要花一整天才可得到應得的房間, 有正常的房間留存, 不知這是酒店嗎? 告知住房為非吸煙房, 但房內安放煙灰缸?
