“We had booked a regular room but was upgraded to a larger room for free after the staff had known that we need more space. We appreciated that. The facilities were great, it has its own private beach. Paddle board, kayak, canoe, paddle boat were all free to use. There's also tennis courts and free racquet rentals. “Llegamos antes y nos dejaron entrar a las 12 sin cargo adicional. La habitación muy completa, una cama grande de matrimonio y un sofá cama de dos plazas. Todo muy nuevo. También tenía una pequeña piscina (con exceso de cloro) y un gimnasio con bici, elíptica y mancuernas. El desayuno muy correcto considerando lo que te encuentras en otros hoteles. Aparcamiento gratuito al lado de la habitación. Muy cerca de un centro comercial.”

“Nice area nice view of the lake Pictures were completely incorrect. We booked the family cottage for 6 people. They gave us a tiny 300 sq foot shack with the bedrooms the size of a broom closet. They showed pictures of the premium cottage which looked nothing like the dump we got. They made us pay 30 for propane for 4 nights. Complete rip off. We were given a little bigger cottage the next day. They refused to refund us our money. No privacy at all.”

“We stayed for 2 nights, we had great service, friendly stuff, room clean and beds are comfortable. Everything else is near by with few minutes of drive Property, need some care in terms of miner reno. Overall I highly recommend Quality Inn Bracebridge”
