“Llegamos antes y nos dejaron entrar a las 12 sin cargo adicional. La habitación muy completa, una cama grande de matrimonio y un sofá cama de dos plazas. Todo muy nuevo. También tenía una pequeña piscina (con exceso de cloro) y un gimnasio con bici, elíptica y mancuernas. El desayuno muy correcto considerando lo que te encuentras en otros hoteles. Aparcamiento gratuito al lado de la habitación. Muy cerca de un centro comercial.”

“The room really wasn’t that clean. Quite disappointed for a Hilton hotel. Found hair that was not any of the travellers/room occupants around the sink and in the shower. The shampoo and conditioner containers popped open, they were dirty and gross. You could tell that the shower hadn’t been cleaned properly. “Nice area nice view of the lake Pictures were completely incorrect. We booked the family cottage for 6 people. They gave us a tiny 300 sq foot shack with the bedrooms the size of a broom closet. They showed pictures of the premium cottage which looked nothing like the dump we got. They made us pay 30 for propane for 4 nights. Complete rip off. We were given a little bigger cottage the next day. They refused to refund us our money. No privacy at all.”

“Central location to drive to hikes and restaurants. It was spacious and the two beds didn’t feel cramped. Be sure to bring bottled water!”

“We stay at the Pinedale three times a year. We really enjoy it. It’s quiet, has incredible views from every room. It’s nice to have a full sized fridge and stove. It has a balcony and it’s close to downtown Gravenhurst. The outdoor pool is very nice and the staff are always friendly.”
