I cannot thank Manager Gonzalez and her incredible staff enough for everything they did for me during my vacation in Bracebridge. I found myself in an emergency situation, and the team here immediately stepped up to help. They went above and beyond to accommodate me and ensure I had a safe, secure, and comfortable place to stay. In a stressful moment, their professionalism, warmth, and quick actions made all the difference. Manager Gonzalez leads an amazing team, and they deserve all the recognition in the world.
