This a great Marriott property well located adjacent to the water, new shopping area and boat tours. The breakfast was great. The staff helped us deal with an issue even though it wasn’t the hotels fault…great customer service!

We had a wonderful stay at the Residence Inn Gravenhurst Muskoka Wharf. Everything was excellent — the room was spacious, comfortable and very clean, the staff were welcoming and helpful, and the location was beautiful and convenient. We especially enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and lovely surroundings. A great base for enjoying Muskoka, and we would happily stay here again.

Near Muskoka steamship, food options near by and some within 5-10mins of driving distance. Helpful staff, safe and quiet environment. Lovely suite with a beautiful view of the pier. Clean and roomy. My only complaint would be that they didn’t have a two double or queen bed option, so my daughter had to sleep in a hide-a-bed, which are never as comfortable.

Good accommodation in great location. Room with lake veiw balcony was great. Some parts of room and hotel looking a bit dated. Had to ask for sofa bed to be made up, even though we had booked for 3 adults. Breakfast area very busy at weekend. Overall we had a good stay and would recommend.

Loved the location next to the lake and boardwalk. Breakfast was very good. Awesome staff. Location of our room was not good right next to the main air conditioner ,very loud sitting on deck our view was the rooftop of one of the buildings. Housekeeping was not the best some of the cups in the room were very stained and also received a stained bath towel not acceptable for a high class hotel.
