"Very nice adult only hotel - very cozy. Free music and drink every night in great atmosphere. Very close to kyoto station (4 min walk) and a 7/11 next to hotel. Nice hot bath facilities ( separated). Not in the hustle and bustle of the city - but super practical when travelling around. Also 2 large malls nearby. Bathroom is nice but feels a bit like a cruise bathroom."

"Stayed here for 4 nights. It has a cafe/bar on the first floor, so I could grab morning coffee there. It’s right downtown by a bus stop. The amenities are nice, and it has an exceptionally nice common area. The dorms have small lockers and are very basic but pleasant. It’s pretty clean, with very nice staff who speak some English. "

"One of the best places we stayed at during our trip. Very convenient location and facilities. Breakfast buffet was mixed for us: some in our family enjoyed it while some didn’t. One family member also had an allergic reaction because of poor labeling or cooking practices (maybe they reused utensils). "

"The customer service was amazing, staff was very friendly and the hotel is close to the train and bus routes. Loved being close to Nijo Castle and short bus ride to everywhere else. The hotel itself is very outdated. Decor seems very 80/90s but the rooms were spacious and lots of toiletry options. "
