I had a wonderful time at Kanra. The hotel was very comfortable and tasteful. If I come to Kyoto again. I have no doubt to stay there. We spent four nights and really enjoyed our stay. Location is good too, 1 min walk from Gojo station. What I loved the most was the breakfast buffet. It was amazing.

The room is fantastic. I loved the design, and the bathroom is wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and very diverse, with both Japanese and international options. We had dinner at the hotel one night, and it was excellent. The staff is very warm, friendly, and helpful. A great experience that truly elevated our stay in Kyoto. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed stay at this hotel. The reception ladies are very friendly and we had some welcome tea and snack which are super delicious. Room is clean, warm and functional. The staff were extremely helpful and gave us a great map of the area, walked us through the subway systems to use and suggested numerous places to visit. Room is very unique from the entrance to the wooden bath tub. A great hotel and I would definitely stay here again.
