This was an excellent hotel. The Japanese style of the rooms was beautiful. Probably the best hotel room of our 2-week stay in Japan. The staff was very helpful and attentive, especially T. Horii, who helped us book bus tickets to another destination. It was centrally located near the train station. Our favourite hotel of our trip to Japan.

The staff of the hotel completes the rating of excellent. It is nicely furnished with Japanese design and decor everywhere. Rooms very comfortable and breakfast is delicious. Management need to engage with customers from time to time.
