This was the nicest hotel of trip. While the room felt a little dated, it was comfortable and clean. It was also the biggest room we stayed in. Staff was friendly and organized

Good size room, staff were great and helpful, added bonus of a courtesy bus to Kyoto station. Great location. Bathrooms were old and dated, pillows not great had to buy a pillow from the shop

Lovely hotel in a convenient area! One thing to note is the bed sheets don’t stay on the duvet which can be annoying but we didn’t mind!

Room was clean, hotel was well known by taxi and Uber drivers so it was very easy to communicate our hotel when not using the apps. Central to most attractions and there is a 711 conveniently located across the street. This was a nice luxury hotel for our stay in the Kyoto and would recommend.

Great pool, on the upper scale so limited splashing with kids in it. Yet great pool and staff. Also great dinner buffet. Excellent choices and felt very high class buffet. Room for 4 was perfect and spacious. Proximity to the Kyoto station including a shuttle to the train station.

Having a shuttle to Kyoto Station was very helpful. I do wish it started running earlier than 9am as so many of the attractions get busy before that time and getting there early is important. Otherwise, this hotel was clean and provided exactly what we needed for our 3 day stay in Kyoto! I would stay again.
