This hotel is amaaaaaazing! Its so nice and clean and is situated in a very nice part of town close to the Kyoto station. Also, you have to take your shoes off at the door and you can walk in your socks or barefoot on the soft (i think tatami) floor which super comfy.

Loved this gem of a place! Our family of 4 stayed in a spacious triple room and it was beautifully laid out and very clean. It was our first time at an onsen so we were a bit nervous, but it’s worth the money and time because the hot spring is so relaxing and therapeutic. Plus the treats and breakfast are amazing! It’s also very convenient for food and shopping as its nearby Kyoto train station. If you want to experience the best in traditional Japanese hospitality and culture, this is the place for you and your whole family - even my teen daughters enjoyed the whole experience!

What made this stay amazing for me was the staff and their calm and piecfull way to take care of everyone with genuine smile on this face. We loved the breakfast it had a huge variety and the late night ramen and ice-cream. It was our first time onsen experience and it was really a great one. I also have to mention the massage cairs and how much I already miss them. Overall it was a great place and we can not wait to come back.

Onsen hotel in kyoto, the onsen and the massage chairs were fantastic. Staff spoke a small amount of English and were able to sort out most issues that we had. Rooms were extremely dark, but the bed and pillows were hard, it took some adjustments for my wife and I to get to sleep.

Loved this place!! Can’t Waite to come back again. The onsen was so relaxing, followed by a chair massage and complementary popsicle😁, Don’t worry they give you full directions on how to onsen, so you don’t have to feel uneasy about it.
