First time in Japan, Kyoto. This was a great experience traveling with my sibling. It was clean , friendly service and it’s in the Kyoto station. I highly recommend if you want something close by and great price. Definitely will be coming back to this hotel ! Ps there is a tax accommodation fee ,they do have a pricing at front desk.

It’s a gem located right in the station (Hachijo West exit). Though next to the train tracks, we barely heard the trains. The room is small but clean as per Japanese standard. Breakfast is great with a variety of Asian options.

Clean room, comfortable bed. The hotel is INSIDE the Kyoto Station, making it easy and convenient to travel both with Shinkansen and local trains. Just like most hotels in Japan, the room is small even the room with twin beds. Just like most major train stations, Kyoto Station is a maze although it's easier to navigate compared to the Shinjuku or Tokyo station. From 1500 to 1800, all guests can have unlimited non-alcoholic drinks such as sodas, juices, coffee, and matcha latte.
