The room is clean but very small. It is nice to have a balcony though. The welcome drink each night was nice. Laundry dryers were weak and did not dry clothes properly so I had to rush to a nearby laundromat. The hotel is really close to the station.

Great location close to Kyoto station. Coffee/tea area in reception great. Welcome drink each night was a nice touch, and enjoying it while listening to live music. The hotel layout is interesting being open air - was very cold when we were there so the heaters and fire pits were great. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The hotel is located just minutes away from the JR Kyoto Station. Great amenities and welcome drinks. Another great part is they have onsen (hot springs) at the hotel. Lastly, the place offers free laundry. Overall amazing place to stay.
