"Property is very well located. Near subway, walkable, park nearby, restaurants. Staff is excellent. Parking is available. Only thing is, the rooms are dated. Getting old. Carpet needs to be changed. Corridors are dark gloomy. It is one of the oldest hotels in Sapporo."

"清潔感のあるとても綺麗な施設でした。洗濯機まで備えて頂いてるのがとても助かります。今時期は汗かいてもすぐに洗濯する事ができるので。食器洗い機までついていて食事後の食器洗いの手間もなくとても便利です。 ただ、今年の夏は少し暑かったようなのでエアコンがついてなくて扇風機1台だと少し暑い気はしました、、。 それ以外はとても良い施設だと思うのでまたぜひ次回も利用させて頂きたいと思います。 楽しく旅行する事が出来ました。 ありがとうございました。"
