Convenient location for shopping and dining as the hotel is on the main shopping street and accessible via the underground mall (Pole town). Easy access to Susukino and Odori stations and to the streetcar. Bus options are available and there is a taxi stand across the road too. Walkable to attractions in the city such as Nijo market, Odori Park, Sapporo clock tower, and Sapporo TV tower. Room was clean and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Guests were also given 3 Knot coins per guest per day and you can use it to redeem drinks, snacks and dessert at the restaurant at level 2.

Extremely convenient location with direct access to the underground walkway and shops. Susukino district is only a couple of blocks away with some amazing eateries. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful in holding our luggage for a couple of days as we did some out of town trips here and there.

Good hotel in a great location

I would stay at the Knot again purely based on its location overlooking Susukino. It's easy to access from Pole Town in winter and the rooms are modern and clean, although ours was a bit small.

Interesting complementary coin token system to redeem food and beverage from the hotel restaurant even though our stay does not include F&B. Staff are also very helpful and friendly when we were trying to recover our lost luggage from airport.

It was a nice spot. We were there for four nights during the 2024 Sapporo Snow Festival. It was super convenient for both the snow sculptures and the ice sculptures are just across the street. So many restaurants and shopping right in the area. The staff were so helpful with dining recommendations and making reservations for us. Would definitely stay here again.

You have to stay at the Knot

First of all, LLL matters The underground leads to a continuous path to convenient stores, cafes, shopping train stations, department stores and whatnot. From the hotel b1 level leads to the underground walkway straight into Don Quixote. This hotel is the center of all restaurants, bars, department stores and it is very close to the Sapporo tv tower too. Starting from 4pm to I forget what time,, the hotel gives guests tokens to each guests in the room to spend at their bar in exchange for alcohol drinks and finger food. Kids are welcome at the bar!!!!! I love the fact that the rooms have a sliding door that divides the bed spaces from the bathroom. The down fall of this hotel is no cable tv, absolutely no room service, no landline which was crazy and no cleaning service while you stay. They just give fresh towels and sheets. Do not take your pajamas which is excess baggage because almost all Japanese hotels provide sleep wear. Also the B1 floor has a laundry room.

I was in the hotel when an evacuation order was given / I speak English / the announcement was in Japanese - it was around 3am - went to door realising something was wrong / some other people were using the lift and signalled me to come - thanks to them - no staff - firemen everywhere - turned out to be a gas leak - We stood in cold for some time / maybe an English announcement would have been good - Hotel is in good position - entry to tunnel walkway - Hotel works on weird system of giving “free tokens- but then charges you to go in to have a meal —- Housekeeping done once during stay - towel given fresh each day ? Biggest problem is the lift - only 2 of not large size - and hotel has 12 floors / very very slow- housekeeping has to use one of these lifts - Good position but not other things - would not use this hotel in the future.

エレベーターに乗る際、カードをかざすのがわからなく、朝食付きで申し込みコイン交換するかと間違えて夜のプレートに使えるなど使用のしやすさがかなりわかりずらく、 総合評価を下げてしまいました。部屋などにコインの説明とエレベーターの上がるときの説明がもっとわかりやすかったら良かったと思います。
