Convenient location for shopping and dining as the hotel is on the main shopping street and accessible via the underground mall (Pole town). Easy access to Susukino and Odori stations and to the streetcar. Bus options are available and there is a taxi stand across the road too. Walkable to attractions in the city such as Nijo market, Odori Park, Sapporo clock tower, and Sapporo TV tower. Room was clean and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Guests were also given 3 Knot coins per guest per day and you can use it to redeem drinks, snacks and dessert at the restaurant at level 2.

The only place to stay in Sapporo! Everything is right at the doorsteps. Stayed here 3 times now. Will always be back. The staff and resturant staff was all the same friendly and courteous

Extremely convenient location with direct access to the underground walkway and shops. Susukino district is only a couple of blocks away with some amazing eateries. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful in holding our luggage for a couple of days as we did some out of town trips here and there.

Good hotel in a great location

I would stay at the Knot again purely based on its location overlooking Susukino. It's easy to access from Pole Town in winter and the rooms are modern and clean, although ours was a bit small.

Great location. Facility is good, though the room is a bit smaller than expected. Overall, it'll be my first option when staying in Sapporo.

Good location and excellent breakfast. Room interior and level 2 was functional, well-decorated and clean at the start of the stay. However, housekeeping forgot to change pyjamas on the first night. This issue was resolved for the subsequent days once I feedbacked to the reception.

It was a nice spot. We were there for four nights during the 2024 Sapporo Snow Festival. It was super convenient for both the snow sculptures and the ice sculptures are just across the street. So many restaurants and shopping right in the area. The staff were so helpful with dining recommendations and making reservations for us. Would definitely stay here again.
