Very Limited breakfast options, but what is provided is good. Handy for the main places you may need to go to eat or shop. Parking in underground park but it’s a lift system so larger vehicles may not fit, not sure.

Location is very convenient, with an entrance to Odori station right around the corner from the hotel. The room was also clean, very quiet, and had all the amenities we needed. Staff was friendly and spoke English very well.
