Great location - easy walking distance to train station and shuttle bus to the airport. Clean rooms. Well-trained staff in speaking foreign languages in front desk. Breakfast buffet is a little chaotic given it is a big hotel with many people coming to eat. We had a good time and will stay in this hotel again if visited Sapporo.

My favorite hotel in Sapporo. Unlimited spa visits and free beer at happy hour. Excellent bedding and comfortable room. Excellent customer service too. No charge plains at all. Construction does exist around property but this did not effect me

The staff and amenities were best of my experience in Sapporo. Clean comfy 5 stars and worth every penny! Free access to jacuzzis and sauna and free dunks for happy hour. Trust me, this is the best I’ve had and I’ve traveled all over the world. I’m going back asap. Definitely did not disappoint.

This is our third stay in the hotel. We booked a south corner room which has a lovely view and plenty of space. The staff, as always, are very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is lovely here. We also enjoyed the onsen in the hotel which is now included for guests.

The hotel is located conveniently in the center area of the city, close to many attractions and eateries. The property is beautifully designed and has a classical European style. Very clean and very well maintained. The onsen is free for room guests and it is a great bonus for our stay!
