The staff and amenities were best of my experience in Sapporo. Clean comfy 5 stars and worth every penny! Free access to jacuzzis and sauna and free dunks for happy hour. Trust me, this is the best I’ve had and I’ve traveled all over the world. I’m going back asap. Definitely did not disappoint.

This is our third stay in the hotel. We booked a south corner room which has a lovely view and plenty of space. The staff, as always, are very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is lovely here. We also enjoyed the onsen in the hotel which is now included for guests.
