"We stayed in a club deluxe bridge view room. View was stunning. Room was nice except the bathroom. It was so small you couldn’t even open the door all the way. Expected more from it considering this isn’t one of their standard rooms. The room service number they show on the TV actually puts you through to another room. When we managed to get the actual room service number to ring no one picked up and we had to go through reception. "

"Great hotel, good location close to Westminster and central London. We stayed in a suite which was furnished to a high standard. The executive breakfast was superb, a range of food options on the buffet, a spacious area and great views from the 12th floor to enjoy! Would highly recommend this hotel and hope to come back soon."
