Our stay on the Sunborn was perfect. Reception staff were extremely helpful and we were given an uograde to a dockview. We had lunch in the bar and the meal was very tasty

Over all good service but would expect more for the amount they charge, the lifts where very small and one was broken so ended up being quite cramped going up and down to the room as had young children with me who needed to use lift due to pushchair, however stairs are available and it's not a far walk but with bags and kids the lift is the way to go and unfortunately it was just not ideal. Breakfast was very basic and the staff seemed to ignore us largely other then walking us to a table when we arrived, but didnt think to offer help or a high chair to help us making seating at breakfast easier for our family arrangement. If you don't have young kids this would be fine but again expected just a little more attention to the customers needs for the amount they charge per night

There are two elevators to get into the hotel - one was broken for 2 out of 3 days of our stay. There technically are stairs too but when we asked they were locked. Hotel itself is beautiful, especially having a room on the river side. However we stayed during the comiccon weekend and felt judged?? The service was poor, no enthusiasm to do anything - at one point we had a dinner at the bar and asked for a box to take our leftover pizza with us. We were told thats not an option and the guy serving us went away to ask for help, we ended up waiting for 10 mins to then ask if we can just take the plate back to our room - we could. In general we didnt feel welcome, and the for price paid it was not worth it. We stayed at crowne plaza just 5 mins away last year and it was a more pleasant stay. Sunborn was sadly a disappointment.

I was in the are for a conference at the Expo, the location is fantastic, literally just outside the steps. But this property needs some significant maintenance/updating. When we arrived the lifts were broken and our room was on the 5th floor. The staff did allow us to use a service elevator to get our luggage up to the room but the lifts remained inoperable for most of our 2 night stay. Additionally, the AC does not work. I read this in other reviews as well. The staff was kind but all that was done was a fan was added to the room. It helped but wasn’t really solving the problem. There is no workout facility and the restaurant and bar were just ok.

A really good find, lots of space for a London hotel. High-quality makes you feel special. Right on the river so fun to have drinks in the basin overlooking the cable cars and the millennium dome. Very easy to get to by transport in particular the Elizabeth line makes getting around London feel like cheating. A rather iconic looking hotel as well just makes you feel kind of special.

The property was very unique but certainly not worth the price paid for lackluster service. It was also not as conveniently located to enjoy London as advertised. The rooms are larger than expected as well as very clean, however we did have to make a request for additional towels every single day as only one was ever placed in the room even though we booked as a couple. The food in their restaurant definitely left something to be desired; would not recommend the breakfast!! There is zero parking at the actual hotel and you must utilize the neighboring hotel’s parking deck at £30 a day which was not disclosed at booking or listed anywhere on their site. All in all, a 5 out of 10.

The Yacht is lovely and the room clean and comfortable. However, breakfast was the worst part of our stay, as the breakfast room was very over-crowded and there was a long queue for a table (easily 20 minutes). Customers were getting very frustrated with the wait and complaining to staff who were equally as frustrated with complaining customers. However, the delays were not handled well by the team and some staff were rude to guests, which just wasn't appropriate. There is most definitely a better way to handle the breakfast period, if the room capacity cannot cater for the number of guests wanted breakfasts, and I hope that management address this issue with a scheduled entry for guests, so they can manage numbers effectively and avoid this situation which spoils an otherwise lovely stay.
