Fantastic stay on this hotel ship. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location if you’re seeing a show at the 02 , as it’s only 15 minutes walk and cable car.

The staff were amazing and the place looks great but the air-conditioning was severely lacking, especially with 2 young children. We borrowed a fan and it was still 29 degrees all night, the most uncomfortable we've ever been in any property. We found it very difficult to rest and couldn't wait to get out and breathe. One of the lifts was out of order too so wasn't a great experience which is ashame because all of the staff were really friendly and lovely people.

Different experience staying on a yacht instead of a hotel. Staff excellent, bed a bit hard for me and the bathroom was really hot. I could not find any control to turn the temperature down. Overall an excellent stay and would go back

....A terrific & unique place to stay, away from frenetic central areas of the city but with easy access to DLR etc. Cabins are spacious & with added comforts of the speciality coffee machine & the best bathrobes ever! The yacht is beautifully appointed with the accent on a relaxed stay & choice of dining. Comfortable bar & seating areas inside & out. The friendly & helpful staff complete the whole happy experience. Highly reccommend!
