This hotel is located in a perfect area to allow easy walks to many of London's top tourist sites. The property is a gorgeous historic building built in the late 1800s. The neighborhood felt very safe and upscale. The breakfast was great. The staff was helpful. We felt special staying here.

The hotel was located right adjacent to the embankment tube station. Very easy access. Also, it was in an area that is not too populated. Hotel was very nice as well. The room was air conditioned and really cold so no complains there. Staff was very helpful as well. Had a great stay here and would recommend this hotel to anyone. We did not receive the 20% beverage perk so not sure why.

Wonderful stay at Royal Horseguards. We had to book our 3 nights stay under 3 separate bookings, but on check in they were able to link all 3 so we could stay in the same room. Great friendly service from all staff. It’s a shame the outside Terrace was unavailable for the whole stay, but overall, a fabulous stay.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff in a superb location. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Had a bit of a faulty towers feel to the place while we were there with fire alarms going off for hours, elevators not working and bars closing at random times. Still, would highly recommend staying here !
