"The cleaner on the 1st floor on 27.04.25 was so lovely and friendly, she saw that we had our hands full when walking past the room that she was cleaning, she told us to wait and she let us into our room. When we left she gave us a big smile and said goodbye, what lovely customer service!"

We were able to dry all our wet stuff from a hot springs visit plus jackets and gloves from spring showers before having to pack up and head home. Bed was firm, pillows nice. Parking was crowded. Breakfast was really yummy with a good variety. Hotel in quiet area but close enough to shops and church and all in downtown. "
