“An exceptional stay at Marriott Mena House Cairo. The location is truly unique, with unforgettable views of the pyramids, and the overall experience was seamless from start to finish. I would especially like to thank Amal for her outstanding attention and professionalism. She was attentive, kind, and always ready to help, making the stay feel genuinely welcoming. Her service made a real difference. Highly recommended.”

“Property is very well kept and has amazing views from the rooms. The food services though needs some attention. Extremely hectic during peak times with insufficient support from wait staff. They seem to be overwhelmed and the service could use some improvement. Their alacarte prices are extremely overpriced. Not sure if this is on purpose to push all inclusive but overall great place but need focus on food services for sure”

“Great place great food great stuff”

Comida variada y buena, bebida basica. Habitaciones espaciosas, ”

“The hotel is in a spectacular location. The coral reef accessible right from the property is impressive—far better than many of the natural reefs featured on paid excursions. We did run into an issue, though: upon check-out, we were told a small towel was missing from one of the rooms, and they tried to charge us for it. It was shocking and unbelievable. You really need to improve in this regard.”

“This hotel was absolutely stunning in every way! Our room was the executive suite which we had a big surprise to find out had 2 full bathrooms in it which was not advertised.. this came in handy as I was unfortunately extremely unwell with severe diarrhoea from day 2 for six days straight .. the food was delicious and very fresh so I cannot say this was the hotels doing but we did meet many other guests with the same issue during our stay. This may be that we aren’t used to the water in Egypt...
