Perfect location across the street from the pyramids. However it would be difficult to go there by yourself. You should go with a guide because lots of shop owners on the streets hustle excessively. The hotel restaurant was excellent but make sure you go after sunset if it’s in summertime because it’s not air-conditioned. The free breakfast was amazing. The staff was very helpful.

It was totally adequate for the pyramids and the GEM ..Had there own hotel driver as well for any trips and the Heaven rooftop bar restaurant was one of the great views in the world so close to the pyramids..and they even offered to pick me up from the airport for free..Excellent all round experience.

The view! The staff is very helpful and friendly. They arranged for my transportation to and from the airport and were in constant contact to ensure smooth transfers. They hotel is impeccably clean, the rooms large and comfortable and the view from the rooftop are unbeatable! I ate most of my meals at the restaurant because of the variety and delicious food and of course the view! I will definitely stay here the next time I’m in Cairo.
