Although we just stayed the one night and didn’t really use any of the facilities, the staff were amazing and very accommodating…we were able to have a late check out so that we could enjoy the day exploring the GEM…both Dinner and Breakfast were buffet style with lots of good options…we would stay here again.

The Novotel was very nice! However the complementary airport pickup requires you to call the shuttle to know you are there. The documentation didn’t tell us that. Also, our friends booked a room which INcluded the buffet dinner (& breakfast?) and it was less expensive. Compare your options. We had a great experience here and enjoyed the outside Italian grill restaurant. The pictures on the site were spot on. We would consider staying here again.

We stay here regularly when we have an early departure or late arrival. I consistently choose Cairo Airport Novotel because it’s safe, clean, convenient and good value for money. I also find the staff warm and friendly. The buffet is also decent. Check in and check out has always been hassle free.
