Great place to stay, was comfortable and staff was helpful.

Enjoyed our stay there. Public transportation was available so you could visit any parts of the city. Great if you are going to the Hollywood Bowl or Greek Theater.

Unfortunately, this will be my last time staying at this hotel. I have stayed here approximately three to four times with family members, and my previous experiences were great. However, this most recent stay was disappointing due to several interactions with staff. First, a younger blonde employee at the gift shop was rude and unprofessional toward one of my family members. When my family member approached the counter looking for a bottle opener, the employee responded in a very rude tone, saying, “What you want, we cleaning?” I came in a few minutes later with my child and was treated well by an older female employee. I was also told that she had helped calm the situation down regarding the earlier interaction. I appreciated her professionalism and willingness to de-escalate the situation. Second, the receptionist, William, made a sarcastic and sassy remark toward us as we were exiting the building to meet our ride. My family members were present and heard the comment as we walked out the door. We chose to let it go at the time, but it still left a negative impression. On a positive note, the housekeeping staff were wonderful. The cleaning ladies were incredibly sweet, hardworking, and good at their jobs. The overnight receptionist was also great very friendly, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, I did not catch his name. There was also an issue during checkout when I was initially going to be charged for two vehicles, even though I had only brought one. He fixed it.
