Overall very good resort to stay for the tennis tournament. Room spacious and comfortable. Easy parking. Good housekeeping service. Very busy in the mornings so breakfast super busy. Would be nice if AC wasn’t limited to 68 degrees or above for us cold sleepers. There was an unpleasant smell coming from toilet each morning for a while.

It was very hard to get a hold of a real person at this property for starters. Most of the rooms did not have closets, they just had a hanging rack in the room right by the front door. Pool side food service took a really long time to get your food (over an hour after ordered) and one dish came 3 hours after order was placed. Kitchen can’t keep up with the amount of people at the resort. Not enough restaurants at the resort to keep up with the number of guests at the resort and restaurants they do have are very small. The water slides and lazy river are very good and are the big draw now for this resort. It has really become a very family oriented hotel. Had Mothers Day brunch reservations for a large group and they sat us outside in the 100 degree heat with babies and toddlers with no fans or spritzers. I wish they would have told us that they couldn’t accommodate our group inside at the time of the reservation, we would have gone somewhere else.

Pools were lovely. Room was very nice. Activities were not consistently done and in wrong locations which was frustrating since I have young kids who would’ve loved them. Cleaning of the room was inconsistent. For the amount we paid I expected more. Food was good but overpriced. Valet was excellent.

We had an incredible stay. The resort is stunning. So gorgeous and clean! We travelled with a 6 and 9 year old. Tons to do for them. Lots of daily activities. The pools and waterslides are so much fun. The food is excellent but you are paying resort prices. We will definitely be back.
