I didn’t expect August evenings to be this cool! After work, we drove from Los Angeles and met up with a few friends for a relaxing evening at the hot springs. There are several different pools to choose from, including both larger and smaller pools, so there’s something for everyone and for different age groups. The warm water, cool evening air, and good conversation made it the perfect way to unwind after a long week. The hotel is also very convenient, making the whole experience easy and relaxing. A great place for a getaway with friends or family!

Great spot to spend time with friends and family. The pool and hot tub was amazing to be in and it’s open 24/7 so you can be in the pool all night!

Hot tubs were great, it was a little crowded but it was also Memorial Day weekend. Room service was fast and we had a nice trip soaking in the pools.

I like the pools are open 24 hours. Adam the bartender is very king and provide coelenteric. Breakfast is delicious. Restaurant close 8pm.

The outside grounds were nice, and the tubs were enjoyable. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, but the hallways and elevator were dated and in need of a deep clean. We received a larger room, but there was a hole in the wall, the air conditioning was leaking, and there were suspicious stains on the carpet. The location wasn't great. We won't be returning, sadly.

The room was large and very clean. Unfortunately, the bathroom water was luke warm never got hot we had to take cold showers. I called guest services all night for clean towels but it kept ringing busy. The pool had not been cleaned which was a bummer. Although everything was very clean it could probably use a face lift. The food was great when we finally got a chance to order. Stay again, NO.
