When you stay here, you'll be greeted by either Mariana or Sean, 2 of the nicest people who'll treat you like family. All the staff members are accessible when you need them.

I recently stayed here for Splash House weekend, and it was a great experience. The location is super convenient, especially if you’re not staying at one of the festival hotels. The rooms are amazing very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff here are also amazing! The VP was extremely nice and welcoming and treated us like we had known each other for years, which made the experience even better. I’m already planning on staying here again in October. Definitely recommend!

Rooms were clean, could use some upgrades but okay for the price. Late night hours for the pool was great. I could not get ahold of the staff after check in. Called multiple times, no answer until the next day after check out.

If you are tired of sterile, cookie-cutter chain hotels, this boutique property is the absolute antidote. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with genuine warmth and a refreshing welcoming. Our room was a masterclass in design—blending historic charm with modern, high-end comforts. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the decor felt curated rather than assembled from a catalog, and thoughtful touches like local bath products made it feel special. The location was ideal, tucked away on a quiet street yet just a short, pleasant walk to the local cafes, shops, and attractions. The staff went above and beyond throughout our stay, offering fantastic, personalized recommendations that made us feel stress free. We cannot wait to return. Worth every penny!

I’ve traveled a lot and I’ve gone to many hotels. Sean is by far the best at his job! I am never seen such best customer service and personality in any field working with the public and I have 16 years of experience as a manager. I can’t say enough how much he is a master in this industry of hospitality.
