I’ve stayed at the JW Marriott in Palm Desert numerous times and it never disappoints. The beautiful grounds and atmosphere make you feel like you’ve been transported to a resort in Hawaii. This is a beautiful property / The managers Hugo and Doreen were very professional and helpful. The room that i reserved here was not available upon my arrival - The hotel team was very helpful to find a way to help accommodate us - this more than anything matters… Some of the front desk staff would sound tired and overworked, this could improve as I was observing conversations with some customers as I was waiting late at night over there.

Initially my first room was filthy. The bed sheets had stains. I was giving another room that was clean, but it had a bad view. I was not happy about that, but i didn’t make it a big deal. Everything was just okay. The service, okay. The food, okay. The friendliness, okay. The amenities, okay. I did like that the pool stay open late and the outdoor drinks are good. It’s expensive but it’s was tasty. The staff at the habachi restaurant was rude. They could honestly do better for the price.

Everything about this property and our stay was beyond amazing. As soon as we made the reservations, the property manager and staff started emailing me about special needs. THAT was amazing. I informed them that I will be traveling with my 2 doggies. When I checked in (early check in as requested), the amazing Eve asked about my pets by name (Audi and Benzo). As we chit-chatted, I mentioned that it was our anniversary. We went out to lunch, came back to the room, and walah - there was an amazing card and gift for us - chocolate covered strawberries and 2 bottles of nice-looking waters in a pitcher. OMG! That was fantastic! The hotel, the staff, the restaurants, the pool, everyone, everything, was just beyond amazing. Can't wait to come back. Audi and Benzo too. They loved it!

We stayed in Queens Bedroom with balcony at springs pool tower. The corridor seemed to be dusty, the carpet seem to be old and so was the look of the room espcially the back wall. However, th amenities nd activities outside of the room were engaging.
