“Grace as everyone says in the reviews was lovely and so sweet. I didn’t realize when we booked which was on my there is no AC only a ceiling fan. Unfortunately, it was an unseasonably hot weekend in Maine. We didn’t mention this to the host since this was on me. She made Belgium waffles with homemade blueberry compost and whipped cream. It was very good. We were in the Sarah room which was cute but a bad rain storm came Saturday wetting our bed. We eventually had to move to another room. ...

The Inn is beautiful -with an awesome view and easy access to downtown Bar Harbor - and very close to Acadia National Park. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! “Wow! This was the most beautiful place. The property is tucked up on a beautiful lot of trees and ferns. Our room was just gorgeous with beautiful furniture, wallpaper and a fireplace. I couldn’t believe we were staying in such a storybook place. I found Mike at the checkin super kind and helpful. He also gave great recommendations for hiking based on my husband’s mobility needs. His advice was perfect—made our trip! You can literally enter Acadia from the trails directly behind the hotel....
