Although breakfast time was busy, the staff were very efficient in seating us quickly and bringing a pot of tea. The hot buffet was kept topped up so we didn't have to wait for our food and we were not rushed to finish.It was a very civilised start to the day each morning. The only thing we felt could be improved would be a shower with a shower tray rather...

“El hotel está super bien ubicado para poder ir caminando al centro de Chester y el Market está literalmente a media cuadra y hay de todo incluyendo muy buenos desayunos. Pero la entrada al hotel casi que da miedo, es un medio sótano oscuro y muy sucio y maloliente. Las indicaciones para llegar a la recepción no son claras o hasta creo inexistentes por lo que uno se siente perdido e inseguro después de pasar esa entrada terrible. Fuimos al restaurante y aparte del servicio muy amable la comida...
