Ashfield Vacations

Room floor was dirty and we were put in a handicap accessible room in a corner by the back door. You can hear every time someone came in and out. People talking by the lobby at all hours of the night. Shower water went out the curtains and there was no bodywash, shampoo or conditioner in the containers. Thankfully we were just there for the night.

Great location. A bit pricey for the size room. Easy to get most places by walking .

This is a great hotel, great location (we had a fantastic view!), the room was very clean, and we had almost everything we needed. I loved that coffee was available in the morning and water was available all day. My only complaint is that the mattress on the sofa bed was awful and I ended up sharing my bed, which was not ideal and not part of the plan upon booking. If the sofa bed is going to be part of the sleeping arrangements, the mattresses should be updated and usable. If you are counting on the sofa bed for a human to sleep on, you're going to be disappointed. I wouldn't allow a toddler to use it. It didn't seem safe and would definitely not be comfortable for anyone, no matter their size.

The Langham is refined and just brilliant in guest services. Always looking to book with them where ever we travel, its just an assured luxurious and comfortable stay.

A well run, beautiful classic hotel that never gets old. Loved our stay. Staff was exceptional, superb quality, and excellent location. But it is the people who truly make this Ritz Carlton special! They made our stay that much more enjoyable!
