Hosts were extremely friendly. Everything was very clean. No option for coffee or tea directly in the room, but they did have a set up that you can access anytime in the office for these things.

I prefer to support small businesses, so I chose RVInn. It was a good place to stay even if the rooms are smallish 1950s size. But the nice people running the business were great and I recommend this for your stay in the Pioneer Valley.

Very convenient to the Northampton fairgrounds. Nice room, clean, comfortable. The chain on the door didn’t attach to anything. Ground floor windows didn’t all lock. Trish was pleasant to talk to and the system they have in place for late arrivals is easy and convenient.

The staff were great. The room was large and spacious. The bathroom was also large with a great shower. The back of the hotel was unkept and because of that there were a few bugs in our room. It was a good value for a quick stay just 2 nights. Free wifi and a large TV.

I was a little nervous booking at a motel with my family but was limited with my own poor planning booking for a lacrosse tournament at UMass. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and ease of everything. We did need to ask for extra sheets for the pullout bc they were not in the room, and even with the owners dealing with a family emergency they were very attentive and we had everything we needed. It was an easy 17 minute drive to UMass and very affordable.

Great budget-friendly family-owned hotel! My room was very clean and had clearly been recently renovated - brand new fixtures in the bathroom and new flooring. The bed was comfortable, the linens and pillows were good quality, there was even a microwave (along with a nice large fridge) in the room. The owners just bought the property a year ago and live on the premises; they are super sweet and grew up locally so they have recommendations for restaurants and activities. I would stay here again and would recommend to others.

What a wonderful establishment. A small family company operated with the charm and welcome of southern hospitality. I thoroughly enjoyed the owners. Such wonderful and welcoming people. My daughters and I felt safe and totally catered too. Our room was beautifully clean and well capped. Many new amenities were available, and it was very clear that it had recently been renovated. Anytime we go through the area, we will ensure that we stay at the Inn

Some of the older reviews had me feeling wary about this place, but they are under new management as of about a year and the place is very lovely. Sure, it doesn’t have all of the extra bells and whistles of a “name brand” hotel. But if you need a clean room in the Northampton vicinity for a good price, this is a great option.
