“El hotel es chico, es de esos edificios antiguos reducidos, pero cumple para llegar a dormir. Esta a menos de 10 minutos caminando del muelle, el Albert Dock y la One Station para los autobuses. La habitación es amplia con dos recámaras con una cama matrimonial y en la otra una litera individual. Cuenta con baño completo y una cafetera, además de un mueble para colgar la ropa y poner las maletas. Todo a dónde íbamos quedaba cerca así que estuvo perfecto para nosotros. ”

“Los servicios, xq no hay apoyo por parte del hotel. No se hizo el aseo en las habitaciones, no obstante se les solicito”

“No me permitieron el acceso ni un solo día y no me devolvieron el dino , tuve que buscar otro hospedaje de emergencia a las 11 45 de la noche , pésima atención al cliente , jamás lo recomendaría ”

“Very unusual hotel in that there is no reception or staff to be seen. You are sent your entry codes via message for internal and external entry. Very clean and tidy and a super central location. Was surprised to get a maid service but then disapointed we didn't get teas and milks replaced. First world problems. The room had a fridge but it didn't work and so much my milk curdled in it. The shower was powerful but the water was tepid at best. Lots of noise at night due to it's central location...

“Good place for short stay. This is a student accommodation and it is close to the campus of several universities in Liverpool. The staff is gentle and proactive, the facility is clean and well maintained. I felt safe and comfortable for the purpose which was related to academic matters. I recommend it.”
