Convinient for the town centre, clean and tidy, easy check in once we got the details. Road noise in the room we had was terrible and spoilt our stay luckily the pub was closed otherwise I think that would also be a problem in the front rooms as it's a late opening, so glad we were only stopping one night.

Close to town centre. Communication on check in was clear and concise. Be aware pub open to 12.30am so noise on emptying.

What a find this one is, ideal for the town and surrounding area. Car park handily at the side by the church. Lovely clean room, brilliant shower and easy check in. There are steps though so need to be mindful of that. There is noise from the passing traffic and it’s constant but we knew about that in advance so no complaints about that. My one complaint is that the mattress needs to be changed, it’s dreadfully uncomfortable, springs stick in you and make sleeping tricky. Change the mattress and we’d definitely stay again. Thank you for having us.

No issues, it’s self check in and the instructions were easy to follow. Room was very small but perfect for what I needed which was just a bed and somewhere to shower in the morning. Clean compact space, looked recently decorated. Not a huge amount of room to get around in, couldn’t get all the way around the bed if the bathroom door was open for example, not a complaint for me at all but think it’s always handy to read about what you’re booking! No wardrobe but there is a clothes rail above a counter, and basic tea/coffee provisions. No parking, there is a 24 hour paid car park next door which was £6.20 for 12 hours.

the room was nice and very clean, newly refurbished, well heated, good shower room, included a kettle and large tv and all as described so very happy and would return. but access via the metal stairs in wet weather is uncomfortable and its a bit unusual to not have any face to face contact

Awesome stay, bring your own soap

Parking is not available at the location. You need to go to the community hall and pay 8 pounds. The rooms are super clean/functional. The beds are deliciously comfortable. This place is awesome. I just wish they would provide hand soap, shower gel ( which was empty and is a common complaint on many reviews). Its the simple cheap things that can make you feel like a valued customer. Overall fantastoc stay if you enjoy pub noise til midnight 😉

Firstly the good things. It looks like the rooms have recently been refurbished and the bathroom is bery nice. Cute and welcoming pub below. Room was warm on arrival which we appreciated Great value for money in good locations. There are a few areas to improve but they are minor and easily fixable. The room smellt a bit musky but this can be easily remedied with a plug in of some sort It would be nice to have 2 towels as there were two of us staying and to top up the shampoo and bodywash in the shower Lastly, the door to the toilet is hard to close from the inside. It would benefit from having a doorknob or handle. Over all we would stay again

Two Nights - one was noisy one peaceful

Access was via facebook messenger which was handy and quick and allowed to get into the property around 2.30pm. The room was small and tight … which was fine for our needs for two nights - a hairdryer etc would go down well. The soap dispenser was empty but we had brought our own luckily. Our only complaint was the noise of others passing our door, looking the window at 1/2am and banging doors until 3/4am. To then have people looking at us in bed on the morning through the glass door was a little annoying. A few little tweaks could make this a great place.

Please be aware this is self service and if pub is not open this was challenging. My e-mail/text arrived after I had completed my stay. Contact was difficult and the Indian takeaway opposite was a great help to gain access. This was a shame as the room was excellent. Internet and TV didn't work but that was the storm weekend. So, possibly a reason. Poor phone signal throughout Llangollen anyway.
