Room was spotless. Bed/pillow were so comfy. Code didnt eork when i got in at midnight but i rang them and they sorted it there and then for me. Great company

Great location and nice room—however it was super cold as the heating didn’t work. Unfortunately, we also didn’t realize it’s above a night club so the room was vibrating from the music/bass and was quite loud until 2am.

The room was indeed neglected. It was cold and dark and dirty. The curtains were dirty the carpet was frayed, bumpy and very badly stained, it was disgusting. Sadly my efforts to raise these matters with Epic Hotels have been completely ignored. We actually checked out of the hotel within thirty minutes of arriving and stayed in a far nicer venue. The least I would expect is a full refund.
