Vacation Packages to United Kingdom for 2026

We were there for 13 nights. We saw Mo at check-in and check-out. Be aware that if you are elderly or have mobility issues this may not be the place for you. Our first room was on the top floor but Mo arranged to move us one floor down. Even then there were 64 stairs to climb and my wife and I are in our late 70's. This was a large strain on us even though we are reasonably fit. We had to think twice about going out for a short walk. The suite is basically appointed. A place to sleep, sit and eat. The bed was comfortable but the UK king promised is more like a Canadian queen bed. The a/c worked well as did the fridge. We did not use the cook top although it looked perfectly adequate. The washer/dryer and other appliances worked well. The building is very quiet.

Everything was perfect in this hotel. special points to mention: I have never had a quieter hotel room, even the AC was a type that I've never seen before, it was super quiet, you could only guess because the air temp would change. The breakfast was amazing. The staff were super helpful. Great hotel, looking forward to come back again!

Room was tired In places broken window catch tired around shower area had to ask for tea tray to be replenished even though it was left out no restaurant for dining on an evening and bar closed early which we expected for 4 star

The location and the staff are always amazing.

Property is tired and especially needs new carpets. Rooms are too small.

All the staff we encountered were exeptionally helpful, welcoming and attentive. The facilities were to a high standard and well maintained. We were grateful for daily replenishment of complimentary water, drinks and snacks. We didn't experience breakfast but we used a bar in the evening and received excellent service with a large selection of refreshments available. The location of the hotel is perfect, within walking distance of many places of interest and literally next to the coach, train and underground stations. Noise was not a factor, even though our room was at the back of the hotel and over the station. A fabulous, recently refurbished hotel - we'll certainly be returning for further stays.

Convenient location, really helpful and friendly staff. Good price.
