Vacation Packages to Spain for 2026

Found multiple bugs in my room

Five stars isn’t enough for this unique hotel. What an amazing experience! Every room and hallway is an art gallery.

It’s in the historic center, great location, walking distance from great attractions. Friendly staff, clean hotel, well taken care off. Great service. This hotel is recommended for your stay in Sevilla..

Wonderful new property. Staff were polite and helpful. The design and amenities were top tier as was the breakfast.

The hotel boutique was very cute! The Moroccan decor was absolutely beautiful. The room was so nicely decorated and very cozy. The bath towels and bathrobes were nice and crisp. The shower floor and towel warmers were a super nice touch. We had a wine and cheese as a welcome present. The staff was very helpful and helped us get situated. We will be coming back for sure!

So spacious and great location

I enjoyed the extra ammenities that came with the Level side...better check in, better breakfast, snacks and drinks throughout the day. Room was equipped with steamer, which was useful for the event I was attending.

Another trip to beautiful Sevilla and our first stay in Hotel Amadeus. Lovely architecture & stylish. Staff on check in were friendly & efficient and notified us as VIP Hotel.com guests that we had a drinks voucher. However later that night we receuc3d a notice from Hotel.com which inquired if we received our VIP drinks voucher and room upgrade from standard double to an upgrade room. We had not. I messaged the hotel as extremly late in the evening to query no upgrade offered and as yet we have received no response. We only stayed one night so that would have been a lovely touch but unfortunately it wasnt to be. Maybe next visit hopefully. Kate & Caithlin

Location was convenient, close to main attractions, but it's above a restaurant so you can hear people laughing till midnight. Then garbage trucks start rolling in at 6am. If we hadn't read previous review, would not know how to find the main door. You have to enter restaurant courtyard to the left of Casa Carmen restaurant and keep looking for the small AZZ sign on the wall. We were there 3 days 2 nights only gave us 2 coffee pods. Shower was small and slippery, be very careful. Worst was they didn't provide any bed linens nor blanket for the sofa bed. They said we're 2 people so they expect us to sleep in the same bed. If we want bed sheet for sofa bed we must pay extra. Only provided an extra thin blanket because we insisted. That does not make sense...what if we were 2 friends traveling, or parent and adult child? It's not about the fee. It's about common sense and customer service.

The room was very clean, the staff was helpful, and there was free coffee and tea in the lobby

Great hotel, close to everything, and the staff very friendly and helpful
