Wonderful rooftop pool and bar. Stayed open till 10 PM and we were able to watch the sunsets from the pool. Hotel is modern and staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Great location with three very close metro stops.

From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out the staff was amazing, helpful kind. They even had a little surprise for me for my birthday The property was clean beautiful. The pool area nice clean towels I will say that it would of been nicer if the waiters would come up to you to get order for drinks near the pool are. But they were still attentive for other stuff. The view was nice

The pictures are actually accurate, the reality might actually be better. This hotel is immaculate and I hate I only had 2 days to enjoy. Very quiet, no street noise. Cleanliness is top tier and everything you could ever need is right in the room. The rooftop pool area is really nice and relaxing. Definitely will be back next trip to madrid

New hotel from the same chain that runs in Milan where we had excellent stays. This visit was a bit underwhelming as it is a step below the Milan one. Spacious family room that was very clean. But no refills on amenities and pool towels. Breakfast was ok but unorganized with ordering of coffees and egg dishes. Good location in the heart of the city

We stayed here with my partner and our two children and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel staff were fantastic throughout our stay, providing a warm welcome on arrival and excellent service until we checked out. A special mention goes to the receptionists, who noticed it had been my daughter's birthday the day before. When we returned to the hotel that evening, the team had prepared a lovely little surprise for her. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made her day even more special. The hotel itself is lovely, clean, and in a great location, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!
