“Breakfast. I waited over half an hour to get a pot of tea. I was finished my bacon egg tomatoes and mushrooms before a received the tea and had requested it 3times. You can go and get your own coffee so why not tea Also some seats in the inside dinning room are far too low to enjoy eating . We had to ask for another table. I cannot fault the rest of my visit our room was fantastic and spa area great.”

“Friendly and welcoming”

“La habitación vieja, pequeña, olor a humedad, los colchones inservibles, toallas rasgadas, había insectos en la habitación, terrible experiencia”

“La persona que se encargaba del establecimiento es muy atenta.”

“Wonderful house. I have had many visits to Nairn over the years and this is my #1 for Accommodation. Whole house was immaculate. Location right in the heart of everything yet peaceful right beside the river. Very generous welcome pack too. We booked again for 2026 as soon as we arrived. ”

“Everything we required but big mention to the efficient and friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for us and all with a smile on their face and a sense of humour. So, so appreciated. Thanks”

“The property itself is lovely, however the details were misrepresented. In several spots, it is stated as a four bedroom, but there is only 3. Future guests be aware.”

“Excelente servicio, maravillosa propiedad.”

“Tararon mucho en darnos la comida de la cena, 30 minutos y además habían tomado la orden mal. El agua de la ducha fría. El resto bien. ”

“Would have liked if the owner met with us when we got to the house to explain some things. Specifically, that the water heater and the heating were pre-programmed and what that meant.”

“Vale la pena por la ubicación. Se nota q están empezando a volver a ponerlo en marcha, pero en general hemos estado muy bien.”

“Força tenebrós, tot plegat. El recepcionista no el vam veure en cap moment de la nostra estada. Molt poc tracte. El que vàrem tenir fred i distant. No repetiria.”

“Seashell cottage in Cromarty was just what we were looking for . A cosy ,practikal dwelling in a beautiful Scottish town . We have no problems recomending Seashell to other holiday travelers. ”
