The staff was very helpful. The location is next to Cathedral (a lot of day tours start there). In easy walking distance to shopping, eating and beautiful walkways.
This was a fantastic place to stay in Inverness! The staff were beyond friendly and helpful! Every interaction was sincere and made us feel welcomed. The room was very clean and spacious. We did not stay on the property for breakfast but the staff were happy to recommend a local bakery just down the street. Additionally the property is very close to the city center and was only a short walk away from many of the pubs!
Lovely room and very helpful staff. Location was very good in that it was close to downtown for easy access but not in an overly busy area or heavy with traffic. We were surprised when we arrived that the “on site” included parking referred to street parking but it did not turn out to be an issue. We always found a spot right out front and felt comfortable leaving the vehicle there, although one day we went on a day trip by bus and had to move the car due to parking time limits during the day.
Excellent location in Inverness. We had booked Rabbie’s Tours and you could see the Stop just down the street. I have mobility issues and this was so great. There’s a really good bakery around the corner, a ‘grocery” store not too far for anything you might want to pick up. there was a full breakfast in the morning to start off your day.The staff at the front desk were so very helpful and always pleasant. We would definitely stay here again.
Super quiet, decently comfortable bed, game shows on the Telly, hot shower, en suite, great location, sweet staff. I didn’t need much, as I only was in the room for sleep, but I’ve got no complaints.
Breakfast was buffet was complete with warm breakfast (full english) and cold (a large range of jams and honey choices. Rooms were clean and very reasonably priced. Walking distance to city centre.
Staff was friendly, the room was cozy, and the location was amazing!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The room was clean; staff very helpful; bed was comfortable enough; linens clean. The dresser and the vanity both had broken drawers and were not able to be used. The sink had loose faucets. Not leaky, but the whole faucet moved when turning off the water. Breakfast was ok.

I really enjoyed my stay in this old villa. The room was big enough for me as a solo traveler. Might be tight for more people. Water was hot and plentiful. Bed was ok…towels were lovely and fluffy. Breakfast provided enough stuff for every dietary restriction. Location was good with close proximity to the centre and great restaurants as well as to the cathedral and castle and the river walk. My room was quiet. I loved that the windows open. The staff were absolutely delightful and went the extra mile. Thank you!
The check in and check out was painless and the bakery around the corner was amazing. If you are able bodied the walk to the main strip is a nice distance away so it was a perfect location for us.

Great location close to old town and just across the river from Inverness castle! Was an amazing experience.
Enjoyed our stay. Clean room, friendly staff, short walk to downtown with shops and restaurants. Walls are a bit thin, we could hear the neighbours but it wasn’t too disruptive.
