“El hotel es muy nuevo con un diseño muy moderno que no pega nada con el entorno pero la verdad es que está muy limpio, el personal muy atento, te facilitan taxis mediante aplicación móvil por lo que sabes lo que te va a costar antes de pedirlo. Desayuno muy variado y bueno.”

Likasi berada di pusat kota. Dekat dengan kuliner dan pusat perbelanjaan. Jika mau renang bisa ke sebelah di hotel novotel. Mantap deh!! ”

“Betrügerisches Personal. Essen zum Teil schlecht, bzw anscheinend abgelaufen. Pool verdreckt, aber vor allem das Zimmer sehr unsauber.”

“The staff was excellent. The facility needs a lot of work. This is directly attributable to the ownership. Previous guests are not held accountable for damages they cause. Plumbing needs a complete overhaul…most importantly. Wifi is absolutely terrible. The rest is okay and can wait for the others to get fixed for now. An upgrade on the rooms looks way past due. Again, the staff is excellent and does the best it can with what it has to work with.”

“This property was a masdive disappointment..i arrived at night and reception unmanned with a phone number to call..but i had just arrived in the country with no phone service. Finally someone came and gave me a key..the smell hit me as i opened the door..awful stink coming from under the sink..old dirty rags wet through mopping up a leaky sink.the pillows stank of stale sweat..they needed throwing out..shower had hot water for 2 minutes then nothing and no soap or shampoo provided..the white...

“The staff are so friendly, polite and helpful. I had arranged a pick up but my flight was delayed by over an hour. I managed to let them know and when I arrived at the airport the lovely young man from the hotel was there waiting for me. They let me change my room as the first one was near the lift and due to being a light sleeper moved me to a room further away which was perfect. The room was clean and the bed super comfy. If I ever travel back here would definitely stay again 😊”
