“Great hotel in the Kirtland/Mentor area! The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. Staff are great. We enjoyed our stay.”

“The staff was very helpful. They readily agreed to refund me for one night when I had to check out early. The guests above me were very noisy and constantly banged the floor. Other than that the hotel was nice.”

“The facility was extremely clean & well maintained. We were the only people staying on the property (no staff) so that was different. Instructions were clear for accessing our room, etc.”

“There is no way this room should have cost what I did x2 … a very old Marriott - not clean outside patio - the leaves from last fall were in the cushiions , no soap in bathroom , night gentlemen is not helpful acts like he’s bing bothered . Room 216 had to jiggle lock to get in . This was more like a holiday inn express .”

“The bedrooms had been fixed beatifully and very properly taken care of, for when we came. They had many games downstairs, like chess and other boardgames. They had a good selection for breakfeast in the morning when you wake up..”
