The room was very very clean didn’t stink or smell the staff was very nice, friendly and helpful parking was easy had no problems breakfast had tons of different items to choose from and everything was clean and hot and ready definitely way better than I thought it would be definitely recommend you to go and stay here definitely will come back again soon thank you guys!

Nice stay for the price. Right near Cleveland State. Convenience store and some local restaurants next door, as well as a Dunkin’. Easy walk to Progressive Field with some good bars on the way back.

This hotel is obviously older than others we've stayed in and does show age, understandably. Very slow, creaky elevators were a bit unnerving. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable as well. A/C (it was 30 degrees Celsius during our couple of days in Cleveland) worked really well for which we were grateful! The included breakfast was wonderful and quickly replenished when needed. We will definitely book here again on our next trip to Cleveland.

First impressions weren’t bad for this hotel but after reading a few reviews I was not expecting this hotel to be as nice as it is. Very convenient location to sports fans or Rock and Roll HOF visitors. Very nice, good size park close by for exercise. Just a really clean place with a great staff. Relatively quiet but it is downtown. 1/2 price of the properties nearby. The only negative thing I could say if I had to is parking is $15 a day but I had a guaranteed spot which is worth $15. Also I didn’t have to look for parking at Progressive field. It’s a 10 from me

The staff at the front desk and everyone that we encountered was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The room was fairly clean, the bathroom could have used a little more attention, but it was nothing to fret about. The carpet could also use an update since it was very stained in our room. The breakfast was nice for a free hotel breakfast, but listening to the kitchen workers yell loudly back and forth to each other right behind the opened door from the eating area was a bit annoying while trying to enjoy our meal. We enjoyed how walkable most of our activities and dinners were from the hotel. Overall, we did enjoy our stay, but I hope that these constructive critiques will be considered by management.
